Pre-launch draft. This text is sealed together with the house’s registered details before the first copy is sold; the fields marked below are the ones still missing. We would rather show you the gap than fill it with something invented.

Fourteen days, no reason needed

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, counted from the day you — or someone you name — receive the parcel. You do not have to explain why.

Nothing here is made to order or personalised, so no exception applies: the right covers every copy we sell.

How to tell us

Write to [PENDING — returns address] before the 14 days are over. Your order number and one sentence is enough; a model withdrawal form is available on request.

Then send the garment back within 14 days of telling us.

The condition it comes back in

Unworn, unwashed, with the inside label intact. You may examine the garment exactly as you would in a shop — try it on, feel the cloth. If it returns with wear beyond that examination we may deduct the loss in value, and we will tell you the amount before we do.

Who pays for the return

You pay the cost of sending it back, unless it arrived faulty, damaged, or simply not what you ordered — in that case we pay everything [PENDING — return carrier and rate].

Your refund

We refund the full price plus the standard outbound delivery cost, to the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving the garment back or of your proof that you sent it — whichever comes first. There is no fee, and nothing is ever issued as credit.

What happens to your copy

Because the edition is declared, your copy number retires with your return: it does not go back on sale. The edition never grows and never refills. That is the whole point of declaring it.

Sizes and exchanges

We exchange sizes while copies of that size remain in the open edition. If your size has gone, withdraw as above and buy again if any copies are left. We cannot hold a copy while a parcel is in transit — the counter has to stay honest for everyone.

Faulty or wrong

If a garment is faulty or not as described, write to us with a photograph. We collect it at our cost and repair, replace or refund. This right lasts three years from delivery under Spanish consumer law, and it is separate from the 14-day withdrawal above.

The way out

That is the small print, in full. The rest of the house is the magazine — and the one edition that is open right now.
