Shipped from Spain across the EU. Tracked, and dated in advance.
Pre-launch draft. This text is sealed together with the house’s registered details before the first copy is sold; the fields marked below are the ones still missing. We would rather show you the gap than fill it with something invented.
Where we ship
From Spain, to Spain and to every country in the European Union. We do not ship beyond the EU yet. When we do, this page will say so before the shop does.
When it leaves
An edition is printed once and dispatched together. The current edition is dispatched from 15 SEPTEMBER, and that date is published on the product page from the first day it is on sale.
We publish the date, never a countdown clock. A date is a commitment; a clock is pressure.
How long it takes
After dispatch: Spain 2–3 working days, the rest of the European Union 3–5 working days [PENDING — carrier service levels]. Every parcel is tracked, and the tracking number reaches you by email.
What it costs
Delivery cost: [PENDING — shipping rates]. It is always shown before you pay, never added afterwards.
Inside the EU there is nothing to pay on arrival: taxes are included in the price and there are no customs duties.
Your address
Please check it before paying. We can change a delivery address only while the parcel is still with us; once it is dispatched, the carrier decides.
If something goes wrong
Parcel late, stuck, or never arrived: write to [PENDING — house address] with your order number. We chase the carrier and keep you told. If a parcel is lost we refund you, or send a replacement copy where the edition still has one.
How it arrives
An uncoated board sleeve, tissue, the mark stamped in ink, and the edition card. No plastic anywhere in the parcel.
The way out
That is the small print, in full. The rest of the house is the magazine — and the one edition that is open right now.
